Meat Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 500g minced beef
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 glass of water
  • Salt and pepper
  • Rosemary
  • 4 potatoes, sliced
  • Mozzarella to taste

Method:

  1. Spread the sliced potatoes with oil and bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the meat sauce by sautéing the onion, red pepper, and tomatoes, then adding the minced beef, tomato paste, water, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  3. Pour the meat sauce over the baked potatoes, add mozzarella on top, and cook au gratin for 10 minutes at 180°C.
