Ingredients:
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 500g minced beef
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 glass of water
- Salt and pepper
- Rosemary
- 4 potatoes, sliced
- Mozzarella to taste
Method:
- Spread the sliced potatoes with oil and bake in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
- Prepare the meat sauce by sautéing the onion, red pepper, and tomatoes, then adding the minced beef, tomato paste, water, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Cook until the sauce thickens.
- Pour the meat sauce over the baked potatoes, add mozzarella on top, and cook au gratin for 10 minutes at 180°C.
